We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:
✔ Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
✔ Intimate or sanitary items
✔ Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
✔ Gift cards & downloadable software
✔ Certain health & personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

⚠️ Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:
🔹 Books with visible signs of use
🔹 Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games
🔹 Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
🔹 Returns after 30 days

💰 Refund Process

1️⃣ Return the item to us.
2️⃣ We will inspect it.
3️⃣ You will receive an email notification on approval/rejection.
4️⃣ If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
✅ Check your bank account.
✅ Contact your credit card provider.
✅ Contact your bank for delays.

🚫 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

📦 Shipping Returns

📍 Return Address: Lahore, Pakistan.

🚚 Customers must cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
📩 For expensive returns, use a trackable shipping service.
