Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Dost Mart. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Do not send your return to the manufacturer directly.
Non-returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or personal care items
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable products
- Health & hygiene items, hazardous materials
Partial Refunds May Apply
- Books or media with signs of use or opened packaging
- Items not in original condition or damaged not due to our error
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
Refunds Process
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@dostmart.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value items.
